• Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

• Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of The Gift Mela.

• We accept returns only in cases of damaged, defective, or missing items.

• An unboxing video is mandatory to validate your return request.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

• In case of failed transactions where money is deducted, it will be auto-refunded by your bank within 7–10 working days.
